• Never,
• Rarely,
• Sometimes,
• Often,
• Always.

Your answer should be based on how regularly, when you are working on Excel, do you need to perform these functions.

So if you only spend an hour on Excel a day, but in that hour your are spending most of the time deleting unwanted rows, then in the delete unwanted rows you would probably answer 'Always'.
